These Terms govern your use of the Scenin platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Scenin provides a platform for building and displaying digital menus via QR codes. We may change or improve the Service at any time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
3. Subscription and payments
The Service may be offered with a trial period and/or a subscription. Dashboard access may be blocked when a subscription expires. Specific pricing terms are communicated separately.
4. Your content
You retain rights to the content you upload (product names, photos, logo, prices). You are responsible for ensuring this content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful or abusive activity, or to harm the system (spam, unauthorized access attempts, uploading malware).
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Downtime may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
7. Limitation of liability
Scenin is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
